About a year ago Amber had a client who wanted to switch to Infusionsoft, and try as she might, she couldn't find any training programs out there. (To be honest, she was surprised that no one was offering training yet for OBMs and VAs!)
So Amber had to learn the old fashioned way, by slogging through the Infusionsoft training manual (which is over 300 pages), watching videos and trying to figure out what she needed to know (and did NOT need to know) so she could get down to business running Infusionsoft for her clients.
Needless to say, learning Infusionsoft “the hard way” was a long, painstaking process, rife with trial and error, some of which was at the expense of her client.
